将发3期记账式国债 为固定利率品种

    财政部昨日发布通知表示，计划在2007年一季度发行3期记账式国债。根据通知，7年期国债将于2月5日发行，1年期国债将于3月14日发行，10年期国债将于3月21日发行。三期国债均为固定利率品种，通知并未透露每期国债具体的发行额。

    此外，一季度财政部还将发行一期固定利率凭证式国债，期限为3年和5年，发行时间为3月1日至3月31日。
