杭州中策橡胶和上海张江高科技园区将发短融券

    杭州中策橡胶有限公司计划于1月29日发行3.6亿元的1年期短期融资券。公告显示，本期债券通过簿记建档方式发行，发行利率通过招标确定。大公国际资信评级有限责任公司给予该期短券A-1级短期信用评级。中国农业银行担任该期短券发行的主承销商。    

    上海张江高科技园区开发股份有限公司计划1月30日发行10亿元的1年期短期融资券。公告显示，该期短券平价发行，发行利率通过簿记建档方式确定。上海新世纪资信评估投资服务有限公司给予该期短券A-1信用评级，发行人主体信用级别为AAA-。上海浦东发展银行担任该期融资券主承销商。
