3年3个月期央票发行双缩量 市场资金仍供不应求

    今天，央行在公开市场业务中发行的3年期和3个月期央行票据将双双缩量。3年期央票发行量为280亿元，比上周减少了170亿元；3个月期央票的发行量也由前一次的300亿元骤降至象征性的20亿元。

    本周的资金到期量共计2800亿元，周一央行曾发行了280亿元1年期央票，如果今日不进行其他操作，本周央行将向市场净投放资金2280亿元。但是由于新股密集发行和春节假期临近等因素影响，市场资金仍然供不应求，也可能会影响机构投标央票的热情。市场预计，今日3年期央票的发行利率可能会较前周的3.02%略有抬升。
