中国节能投资公司企业债券12日在深交所上市交易

    深交所日前发布公告称,发行总额10亿元的2006年中国节能投资公司企业债券将于2月12日在深交所上市交易。

    据悉,2006年中国节能投资公司企业债券,简称06节能债,证券代码为111035,发行总额为10亿元。本期债券为10年期固定利率债券,票面年利率4.05%,在债券存续期内固定不变,采用单利按年计息,不计复利,逾期不另计利息。每年付息一次,到期一次还本,最后一期利息随本金的兑付一起支付。
