国家开发银行昨日公告:国开行将发6.3亿美元债券

    国家开发银行昨日公告，将于5月24日在银行间债券市场以簿记建档、数量招标的方式发行2007年第一期境内美元债券，债券期限为5年，总额6.3亿美元，票面利率以6个月美元LIBOR为基准加30个基点。

    本期债券的联合主承销商为中国银行、招商银行、交通银行、中国工商银行、北京银行和加拿大蒙特利尔银行有限公司广州分行。
