公开市场减弱资金回笼 22日发行100亿一年期央票

    由于上周五央行宣布再度上调存款准备金率，本周公开市场继续减弱资金回笼力度。今天央行只发行100亿元一年期央票，发行量比上周减少20亿元。

    昨天，银行间市场回购市场交易状况显示，短期资金价格并未受到存款准备金率上调的影响。7天回购加权平均利率水平较前一交易日下降了2.54个基点。
