香港财政司司长希望首批人民币债券上半年落实

    财政司司长唐英年表示，希望首批由内地金融机构发行的人民币债券可以于今年上半年落实，其中香港方面已完成相关发行机制及法定程序，内地亦在进行中。

    据他所知，有数家银行希望率先发行人民币债券，这有待中央批核；他认为，措施对香港整体金融发展有举足轻重的作用，令香港人多一项投资人民币的工具。
