北京控股集团有限公司将发行10亿元公司债券

    今日起，北京控股集团有限公司将发行10亿元公司债券，发行期限自6月5日至6月11日。

    本期债券期限10年，票面年利率4.55%，在存续期内固定不变。债券起息日为2007年6月5日，兑付日为2017年6月5日。经中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司综合评定，本期债券的信用等级为AAA级，发行人主体长期信用等级为AA级。本期债券的主承销商为中国国际金融有限公司，副主承销商为国家开发银行和中信建投证券有限责任公司。
