财政部将发10年固定利率国债 规模300亿元

    6月22日，国开行即将发行今年第十期记账式国债，规模300亿元。

    本期国债为10年期固定利率附息债，采用多种价格招标方式，标的为利率。甲类成员在竞争性招标结束后，有权追加当期国债。债券起息日为2007年6月25日，兑付日为2017年6月25日。
