两期短期融资券发行结果公布

    江苏悦达集团有限公司6月19日发行了2007年第一期短期融资券，本期债券计息方式为利随本清，期限为365天，实际发行6亿元，与计划发行总额一致，参考利率为3.92%(1年期Shibor发行前10个交易日平均值+51BP)。该期债券简称“07悦达CP01”，代码为“0781119”，主承销商为中国光大银行。

    国电电力发展股份有限公司6月21日完成短券发行，本期债券贴现发行，期限为365天，实际发行17亿元，与计划发行总额一致，中标价格为96.5065元，对应参考收益率为3.62%。该期债券简称“07国电CP01”，代码为“0781120”，主承销商为中信银行。
