央行发行120亿元一年期央行票据利率维持不变

    尽管上周三年期央行票据发行利率出现上涨，但是本周备受关注的一年期央行票据发行利率依然维持不变。

    昨天，央行在公开市场发行了120亿元一年期央行票据，收益率为3.0928%，连续6周维持不变。上周，由于三年期央行票据的发行利率意外上升了6个基点，引发了市场对加息的预期。

    然而，一年期央行票据的二级市场价格依然维持高位，与发行利率形成倒挂。昨天一年期央行票据二级市场成交收益率达到了3.25%，比一级市场高出约16个基点。
