特别国债与普通国债的区别

    特别国债与普通国债的区别：一是时间上的差异：一般国债收入与支出有一定的时间间隔；而特别国债收入与支出同时进行，即收即支。二是用途上的差异：一般国债的收入或用于偿还到期国债的本息或用于弥补财政赤字；特别国债则专款专用，只用于增补四大国有专业银行的资本金。
