华夏银行发行了2007年混合资本债利率已经确定

    本周二，华夏银行发行了2007年混合资本债，总规模40亿元。

    本期债券采用固定利率和浮动利率两种方式，发行规模分别为24亿元和16亿元，期限均为15年，并在第10年末附发行人赎回权。发行结果显示，固定利率债的票面利率为5.89%，浮动利率债券的基本利差为2%，基准利率为1年期定期存款利率。
