280亿6月期记账式(十二期)国债将于7月26日发行

    财政部昨日发布公告，为筹集财政资金，支持国民经济和社会事业发展，财政部将于本月26日发行2007年记账式(十二期)国债，并于25日进行价格招标。本期国债期限6个月，规模280亿元，不进行甲类成员追加投标。本期国债全部进行竞争性招标，具体招标方式为采用多种价格(美国式)招标方式，标的为价格，全场加权平均中标价格为本期国债的发行价格，各中标机构按各自中标价格承销。各承销机构须于2007年7月30日前(含7月30日)，将发行款一次缴入指定账户。
