债市面对加息和降低利息税调控 短期影响不大

    加息和降低利息税对债券市场的短期影响不大,由于市场前期已经对加息有了充分的预期，因此本次加息前后市场收益率变化不大。参考5月份加息前后基准国债收益率的变化情况，加息前市场对政策出台有了较大预期，加息后银行间国债基准收益率短端出现小幅下滑，长端有一定上升，但整体变化水平不大，预计短期内市场收益率变化不大。利息税调整仅对个人储蓄存款收益有影响，对债券市场影响有限。

    后市政策紧缩预期不减，固定资产投资、消费和对外贸易保持强劲增长，将对下半年的GDP起到较大的拉动作用，预计下半年GDP增速保持较高水平，全年GDP至少保持上半年11.5%的水平；受到食品价格上涨因素的影响，3季度CPI可能继续上升，全年CPI超过3%的水平；6月份货币信贷保持强劲增长，预计下半年货币信贷增长难有大幅回落。在以上因素的影响下，下半年政策紧缩预期仍然没有减弱，但是是否有进一步的紧缩政策出台则需要等待7、8月份的宏观及金融数据，以检验本轮政策调控的效果以后才能确定。
