记账式12期国债8月1日上市 低于票面金额贴现发行

    2007年记账式(十二期)国债将于7月26日至7月30日在上证所上网发行，发行结束后将于8月1日上市。该国债现券上市交易的证券简称为“07国债12”，证券代码为“010712”；新质押式回购对应的质押券申报和转回代码为“090712”，简称为“0712质押”。

    本期国债期限6个月，以低于票面金额的价格贴现发行，发行价格为98.653元。国债起息日为2007年7月26日，2008年1月26日按面值偿还。
