10年期企业债票面利率创新高

    唐山冀东水泥股份有限公司从今天开始发行一只6亿元10年期固息企业债，票面年利率为5.49%，由此将改写10年期企业债票面利率的新高纪录。

    据悉，本期债券票面利率是根据发行首日前五个工作日1年期shibor算数平均数3.59%加上1.90%的基本利差确定。此前，10年期企业债利率的新高纪录由中国华电集团公司所保持，该公司在2004年9月发行的10年期固定利率企业债票面利率高达5.4%。

    经大公国际资信评估有限公司综合评定，冀东水泥企业债券信用级别为AAA级，长期主体信用级别为AA-。
