债市观望气氛浓厚 后市紧缩预期无法消除

    周一，交易所国债市场继续微幅下行，上证国债指数报收于110.22点，较前一个交易日下跌0.04点，成交量持续减少，全天成交金额3.72亿元。从盘面来看，各期限品种收益率变化不大，中长期国债品种交投相对活跃，10年以上长期品种价格有所下行。

    货币市场方面，由于本周有5只新股密集发行，且下周一北京银行IPO也开始启动，因而银行间资金面开始有所趋紧。其中1天和14天回购利率分别攀升至1.89%和2.81%，各上涨了6个BP和4个BP。随着大盘股申购的临近，预计后期资金面仍将进一步收紧。

    银行间现券市场方面，各家机构观望气氛浓厚，收益率基本保持平稳。国债成交不是很活跃，3年期07国债11收益率在3.4%左右，7年期07国债14收益率在3.92%左右。政策性银行债方面，收益率也保持稳定，以一年定存为基准的浮息债仍是交易活跃品种。短融方面，07马钢上市最低收益率在3.90%左右，一二级价差达到30bp以上，07鲁高速在3.88%左右，07百联集收益率在4.31%左右。

    从后市来看，债市浓厚的观望气氛仍将继续。由于9月份有多只大盘股发行，与此同时，随着特别国债的发行以及央行对信贷控制的加强，预计公开市场的回笼力度将会加大，这些都将对资金面带来一定的冲击。另外，蔬菜等食品价格上涨也将推动8月份CPI继续攀高，后市的紧缩预期依然无法消除。
