280亿记账式(十五期)国债6日起发行并计息

    财政部决定本月6日开始发行2007年记账式(十五期)国债，本期国债计划发行280亿元，实际发行面值金额为280亿元。

    本期国债期限3个月，经投标确定的发行价格为99.411元，折合年收益率为2.49%，本期国债2007年9月6日开始发行并计息，9月10日发行结束。9月12日起，本期国债在各交易场所以现券买卖和回购的方式上市交易。

    财政部规定，本期国债低于票面面值贴现发行，2007年12月6日按面值偿还(节假日顺延)。

    本期国债在2007年9月6日至9月10日的发行期内，采取场内挂牌和场外签订分销合同的方式分销，分销对象为在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司开立股票和基金账户，在中央国债登记结算有限责任公司开立债券账户的各类投资者。通过各交易场所分销部分，由承销机构根据市场情况自定价格。
