中国2006年记账式(15期)国债13日起终止上市

    上海证券交易所10日发出通知，根据财政部通知和上证所有关规定，2006年记账式(十五期)国债将于2007年9月15日到期，13日起终止上市。

    本期国债挂牌名称“06国债(15)”，交易代码“010615”，为1年期国债，票面年利率为1.958%，于2007年9月15日到期并一次性兑付本息。

    本期国债债权登记日为2007年9月12日，凡于当日交易结束后仍持有本期国债的投资人，为到期兑付金额的最终所有者。本期国债于2007年9月13日起终止上市，同时停止新质押式回购对应的质押券的申报，质押券申报和转回代码为“090615”，简称为“0615质押”。

    本期国债到期兑付由中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司代理并公告。

    上证所在通知中强调，为保证本期国债兑付工作顺利进行，提高国债兑付效率，各会员单位应做好本期国债兑付的各项准备工作，以保证投资者按时兑付到本金和利息。
