财政部发行280亿元1年期国债 票面利率为2.95%

    财政部上午发行了280亿元1年期国债，票面利率为2.95%。该利率水平落在市场预期的2.95%-3.00%区间下限。

    根据公告，仅有308.4亿元资金参与了280亿元招标总量的追逐，认购倍数为1.1倍，低于最近一期3个月期国债1.79倍的认购倍数。

    分析人士表示，受部分机构配置需求的影响，本期国债的收益率仅落在预期区间下限；不过，强烈的加息预期和紧张的资金面还是影响了市场整体的需求，导致认购倍数走低。

    根据国家统计局公布数据，8月份消费者价格指数(CPI)较06年同期增长6.5%，为128个月新高，刷新了此前于2007年7月份创下的5.6%的10年高点，这导致市场的加息预期空前高涨。而北京银行和中国建设银行连续的新股申购也使得资金面异常紧张，7天回购加权平均利率报3.876%，较7日收盘大涨102.3个基点。

    本期债券为财政部2007年发行的第十六期记帐式国债，利率通过混合式招标确定。本期债券9月13日开始计息，9月20日起上市交易。
