首只公司债发行花落谁家揭晓 长江电力拔得头筹

    业界关注的首只公司债发行花落谁家日前已揭晓，长江电力成为《公司债发行试点办法》颁布后首家获准发行的上市公司。　  

    长江电力披露的公告显示，公司发行不超过人民币80亿元(含80亿元)公司债券及第一期发行40亿元公司债券的申请，已于9月18日获得中国证券会发行审核委员会审核通过。　  

    公司表示，本次发债所获得资金扣除发行费用后，将用于偿还借款的金额为35亿元，剩余募集资金用于补充公司的流动资金。　  

    自证监会决定大力发展公司债后，已有海油工程、金地集团等10多家上市公司公布了公司债方案。按照这些已公布方案拟定发行的最高额计算，目前拟发行公司债总额已接近400亿元，其中以电力企业和房地产公司的发行欲望最为强烈。包括长江电力在内，目前已有5家电力企业提出发行申请，其中华能国际计划发行不超过100亿公司债，大唐发电将发行不超过60亿债券。
