上交所:将对公司债交易"实时监控"

    公司债上市之后，交易所如何对它进行监管呢？上交所日前发布通知，将对公司债的交易进行实时监控。上交所表示，对于交易出现异常波动或涉嫌违法违规交易的公司债，可以实施特别停牌并予以公告，停牌及复牌的时间和方式由上交所决定。对异常交易及其他违法违规行为，将按照相关的法律法规进行处理。
