央行前8月债券发行增长八成 主因在于特别国债

    昨天央行公布8月金融市场运行情况。数字显示，今年前8个月，银行间债券市场累计发行债券19766.9亿元，债券发行量较去年同期大幅增加，增长82.8%。

    央行分析认为，今年1-8月银行间市场债券发行量较去年同期大幅增加，主要原因是6000亿元特别国债发行大大增加了市场债券供应量。此外，政策性金融债券发行量大幅增加，商业银行金融债券的发行量也有一定程度的增加。

    据悉，前8个月，银行间债券市场累计发行债券19766.9亿元。其中，财政部发行记账式国债10326.7亿元；政策性银行和商业银行发行金融债券7320.9亿元；企业发行短期融资券2119.3亿元。截至8月底，债券市场托管量为11.57万亿元，其中银行间债券市场托管量为11.22万亿元，占债券市场托管量的97.0%。

    从期限结构变化趋势看，8月份发行的债券以中短期债券为主。其中，1年及以下债券占比9.3%，1年以上到10年债券占比87.4%，10年以上债券占比3.3%。今年1-8月，银行间债券市场发行的债券以中短期债券为主，同时也发行了一定数量的长期债券。其中，债券市场发行1年及以下债券4777.7亿元，约占24.2%；发行1年以上到10年债券13809.2亿元，约占69.9%；发行10年以上债券1180亿元，约占6.0%。
