中国财政部发行第十七期记账式国债

     中国财政部19日发布公告，将从10月22日起发行2007年记账式(十七期)国债，计划发行280亿元，实际发行面值金额为280亿元。

    财政部公告指出，本期国债期限5年，经投标确定的票面年利率为4.00%，2007年10月22日开始发行并计息，10月25日发行结束，10月29日起，本期国债在各交易场所以现券买卖和回购的方式上市交易。

    根据公告，本期国债为固定利率附息债，利息按年支付，利息支付日为每年10月22日(节假日顺延)，2012年10月22日偿还本金并支付最后一年利息。

    本期国债在2007年10月22日至10月25日的发行期内，采取场内挂牌和场外签订分销合同的方式分销，分销对象为在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司开立股票和基金账户及在中央国债登记结算有限责任公司开立债券账户的各类投资者。通过各交易场所分销部分，由承销机构根据市场情况自定价格。
