又一公司债今起发行 面值100元票面年利率为6.05%

    2007年红豆股份(600400)公司债券今日起发行。07红豆债的发行规模为5亿元，债券期限为7年期，票面年利率为6.05%。经联合资信评估有限公司综合评定，本期债券的信用级别为AAA级，发行人的主体长期信用等级为A级。    

    07红豆债面值100元，按债券面值平价发行，通过承销团成员设置的发行网点向境内合格机构投资者公开发行，发行期限自2007年11月5日起至2007年11月9日止。本期债券由宏源证券担任主承销商并组织承销团，以余额包销的方式承销。

    本期债券募集资金5亿元，拟全部用于扩建年产20万锭高档棉纱生产线项目和扩建高档休闲服装流水线项目。上述两个项目总投资17.01元，均已获得有关部门批复同意。
