短融券发行利率又见新高 07大桥局CP01达6.37%

    上周最后两个交易日发行的07大桥局CP01和07凤凰CP02连续刷新了短期融资券的发行利率纪录。

    中铁大桥局集团有限公司上周四发行07大桥局CP01发行总额为4.9亿元，参考收益率为6.3717%，高于上周一发行的07广新CP01的6.23%，创出新高。然而，上周五三亚凤凰国际机场有限责任公司发行的07凤凰CP02立刻改写了该纪录，票面利率达到了6.7%。这几只短融券的主体信用评级均为A+。另外，三亚凤凰国际机场有限责任公司8月中旬发行07凤凰CP01的发行利率为4.80%。

    分析人士表示，央票利率尤其是1年期央票利率的大幅上行客观上推动短融券发行利率上升。信用级别较高的短融券发行利率也较之前上涨了20-30个基点左右。而在机构投资谨慎的背景下，低信用等级的短融券难免要支付更多的溢价。
