铁通发行8亿元企业债 为本地网络建设等募集资金

    昨天，记者从铁通集团获悉，铁通将正式发行8亿元企业债，用于为其本地网络建设等业务募集资金，这也是铁通集团今年第二次发行债券。

    根据铁通集团公布的发债细节，铁通发行的8亿元企业债为5年期固定利率公司债券，票面年利率为5.30%，发行期到14日截止，发行对象为境内机构投资者。

    铁通集团新闻发言人郭晓昭透露，这是铁通集团今年第二度发行债券，上半年，铁通曾发行20亿元人民币短期融资债券，此次再度发债，其募集资金将用于铁通本地网络的建设、骨干网络的优化、铁路运输通信以及其他项目的投资需求。
