7年期国债11月23日发行 拟发行面值总额300亿

    11月23日，财政部将发行今年第18期记账式国债，计划发行面值总额300亿元。

    本期债券为7年期固定利率附息债，采用多种价格招标方式，甲类成员在竞争性招标结束后，有权追加当期国债。
