债市走牛需等待 明年将加息2-3次

    在今日举行的“新财富最佳分析师年度论坛”上，刚刚获得2007年新财富债券研究最佳分析师第一名，来自中金公司的陈健恒表示，债市走牛还需等待，明年央行将加息2-3次。

    相比房市和股市，今年债市可以说是熊市。展望明年，陈健恒认为由于翘尾效应，CPI预计仍将高企，全年涨幅预计在4%。其中上半年涨幅较高，不会低于5%，下半年涨幅会有所回落。因此债市明年上半年仍不会有明显好转。

    陈健恒表示，今年以来央行数次加息及上调准备金率，以抑制商业银行房贷冲动。目前存款准备金已经上调至13.5%为历史最高水平。但目前实际利率仍为负，他预计央行明年将会加息2-3次，且加息会都集中在上半年。央行采取调控的时间越早，力度越大，债市就越早迎来转机。

    陈健恒认为，目前短期债券收益率仍可看好，由于新股发行的冲击，回购利率会波动剧烈。长期债券则上升空间有限。
