中债登研究发行通胀指数债券 可规避市场风险

    随着物价波动，投资者要求规避通胀风险的需求愈加强烈。中央国债登记结算有限公司有关人士介绍，目前该公司正在研究发行通胀指数债券来满足投资者需求。

    该人士表示，CPI目前已受到广泛关注，研究发行通胀指数债券，可使投资者在一定程度上规避市场风险；同时该项债券的发行，可使经济决策部门根据其实际的收益变化来更好地预测未来CPI指数的变化，为出台相应的调控政策起到一定的辅助作用。

    不过他也表示，在中国要研究制订相应的指数债券，要受到CPI公布的及时性、有效性及编制方法等因素的影响，因此要推出相关债券品种还需多方努力。
