财政部将发行300亿元记账式国债

    中国财政部5日宣布，决定发行2007年记账式(十九期)国债，发行面值金额为300亿元，期限为3个月，经投标确定的发行价格为99.203元，折合年收益率为3.38%。

    据介绍，本期国债通过全国银行间债券市场和证券交易所市场面向社会各类投资者发行。2007年12月6日开始发行并计息，12月10日发行结束，12月12日起在各交易场所以现券买卖和回购的方式上市交易。

    本期国债低于票面面值贴现发行，2008年3月6日(节假日顺延)按面值偿还。

    本期国债在2007年12月6日至12月10日的发行期内，采取场内挂牌和场外签订分销合同的方式分销，分销对象为在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司开立股票和基金账户，在中央国债登记结算有限责任公司开立债券账户的各类投资者。通过各交易场所分销部分，由承销机构根据市场情况自定价格。
