上港集团将分离交易可转债的发行规模削减5.5亿元

    上港集团今日公告，公司董事会同意将分离交易可转债的募集资金全部投资到上海港罗泾港区二期工程，撤销原对外高桥六期工程项目的投资。公司拟发行的分离交易可转债的总额从不超过30亿元减少到不超过24.5亿元。

    根据公司原先的发行分离交易可转债募资项目的计划，罗泾港区二期工程的概算总投资为482,114.70万元，外六期项目的总投资为259,799万元。公司称，由于公司拟将外六期由多功能码头调整为集装箱专用码头，并需要报国家发改委核准，所以此次可转债募资将全部投向罗泾港区二期工程。

    鉴于对募资项目的调整，公司将本次分离交易可转债的发行规模调整为总额不超过245,000万元，即发行不超过2450万张债券。原发行的计划为：发行分离交易可转债总额不超过300,000万元，即发行不超过3000万张债券。
