唐钢股份将发行30亿元可转换债券 价格20.8元/股

    唐钢股份今日公告称，公司将发行30亿元可转债，此次发行将优先向发行人原股东配售，申购日期是2007年12月14日。

    公告显示，此次发行的可转债债券期限是自可转债发行结束之日起5年。此次可转换公司债券的初始转股价格为20.80元/股，公司将于此次可转债期满后5个工作日内按可转债票面金额的110%加当期利息，赎回尚未转股的全部可转债。
