1年期国债的中标利率为3.66% 远低于此前预测

    财政部公告显示，昨日共发行了260亿元1年期国债，中标利率为3.66%。该水平远远低于市场此前的预测区间。

    根据公告，共有383.7亿元资金参与了260亿元额度的投标，认购倍数为1.48倍，低于12月5日发行的3个月期国债1.88倍的认购倍数。

    交易员表示，新债利率走低主要是由于年底市场资金较为充裕且机构对短期券种需求旺盛。数据显示，从本周至1月末，将有超过1万亿元的央票和正回购到期。同时，机构对短期券种的配置需求也依然旺盛。

    据悉，该期债券为财政部今年发行的第二十期国债，12月13日开始计息，12月19日起上市交易，2008年12月13日一次还本付息。
