吴晓灵:发展金融衍生产品 推动债券市场发展

    在12月13日举行的财资市场高峰会上，人民银行副行长吴晓灵表示，进一步推动金融产品创新，推出信用衍生产品等工具，对于中国债券市场乃至整个金融市场来说都显得尤为重要。不能因为次级债危机发生，因噎废食。

    吴晓灵表示，近年来在推动中国金融市场快速发展的同时，我们也注意到中国金融市场发展中，逐渐暴露出缺乏规避信用风险的工具。目前中国金融市场已经达到了相当的规模，市场的参与者日益广泛，在直接融资比例不断上升的情况下，投资者对金融风险敏感度日益上升，缺乏有效的风险避险工具，不利于定投资者信心，将制约金融市场功能的进一步提升。

    因此，进一步推动金融产品创新，推出信用衍生产品等工具，对于中国债券市场乃至整个金融市场来说都显得尤为重要。当然，现在全世界都面临着信用衍生产品的考验，就是次级债危机。这个产品出了问题，我们需要做的是认真总结它的经验教训，这样才能使得这个市场更好发展，而不是因噎废食，一个产品出了问题就停止发展它。
