12月20日两公司将发短期融资券

    中粮集团有限公司昨日发布公告，该公司定于12月20日发行规模为30亿元、期限为364天的短期融资券。本期短融采用簿记建档方式发行，联席主承销商为工商银行和交通银行。经联合资信评估有限责任公司综合评定，本期融资券的信用级别为A-1级，主体评级为AAA。

    青岛前湾集装箱码头有限责任公司昨日发布公告，该公司定于12月20日发行规模为5.5亿元、期限为365天的短期融资券。本期短融采用簿记建档方式发行，主承销商为交通银行。经中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司综合评定，2007年发行人短期信用级别为A-1级，主体长期信用评级为AA+级。
