央行加息空间有限 资金更加充裕 债市环境将趋好

    展望2008年，中国经济将面临外冷内热的格局。出口增速在外需放缓的影响下将有明显的下降。而在奥运会等因素作用下，消费和固定资产投资仍将维持较好的增长。流动性方面，虽然出口放缓将使外贸顺差增幅放慢，从而降低外汇储备的增速，但在美元贬值的背景下，市场流动性充裕的格局不会改变。2008年通货膨胀仍将维持高位运行，央行加息的空间有限，而汇率升值可能发挥更大的作用。

    2008年债市面临的环境将好于2007年。一方面，虽然央行上半年可能会继续加息，但加息的空间较为c；另一方面，政府对银行信贷的调控会使银行间债券市场的资金更加充裕。这些都利于债券市场投资机会的出现。而上半年居高不下的通胀水平将成为抑制债券市场表现的因素。
