中国银行报告:今年上半年将会是债市建仓好时机

    中国银行昨日发布报告称，2008年我国1年期人民币存款利率或将升至4.68%-4.95%，人民币名义有效汇率升值幅度将达8%至10%；预计资本市场难以持续过去两年的强劲增长势头，而债券市场将拉开牛市的序幕，而今年上半年将是在债市建仓的好时机。

    这份由中行全球金融市场部发布的《2007人民币市场年报》预计，2008年我国经济增速为10.5%左右，较2007年下降1个百分点。物价上涨压力犹存，CPI将在4.5%左右，全年将呈现“前高后低”的态势。

    报告指出，2008年央行将实施从紧货币政策尽力回笼流动性，但加息空间已经有限，今年预计有2-3次加息，1年期人民币存款利率将升至4.68%-4.95%，第4季度可能进入减息通道，债券市场收益率将呈现回落态势。随着企业利润增幅回落，商业银行会将更多资金配置在债券资产上，资本市场增速难以为继将给债券市场带来转机。

    报告还认为，到下半年，受国内宏观调控效果累积以及全球经济增长可能放缓影响，人民币升值速度将明显放缓，出现拐点。
