    根据中国人民银行关于全国银行间债券市场债券交易流通的有关规定，现将国家开发银行2007年第二十二期金融债券交易流通日期及债券代码等要素公布如下：

    重要提示：本期债券为2年期固定利率(附息)金融债券，如果中标利率高于发行人在2008年1月招标发行的2年期固定利率(附息)金融债券，则本期债券票面利率为本次中标利率；如果发行人在2008年1月招标发行的2年期固定利率(附息)金融债券中标利率高于本期债券，则本期债券票面利率为这两期债券中标利率的加权平均值。本期债券招标时中标利率为4.24%，2008年第一期金融债券中标利率为4.50%，按照发行办法，本期债券最终票面利率为4.37%。

    债券交易流通终止日如遇国家调整法定节假日安排，则另行公告。
