赤字和国债规模今年将适当减少

    十一届全国人大一次会议昨日印发国务院关于2007年中央和地方预算执行情况与2008年中央和地方预算草案的报告，提请代表审查。报告称，今年将适当减少财政赤字和国债资金规模。
    
    报告说，今年安排中央财政赤字1800亿元，比上年预算赤字减少了650亿元，预计占GDP比重下降到0.6%。中央建设投资安排1521亿元，增加177亿元。其中，国债资金安排300亿元，减少200亿元；经常性收入1221亿元，增加377亿元。
