金地集团和粤电力两公司确定公司债票面利率

    金地集团(600383)和粤电力A今日起开始发行的公司债券的票面利率均确定为5.50%。

    金地集团今天公告称，根据网下向机构投资者询价统计结果，最终确定2008年公司债券票面利率为5.50%，公司将按此票面利率从今日起发行12亿元公司债。

    粤电力公告称，公司将于3月10日面向公众投资者网上公开发行不超过20亿元公司债，并向2008年3月7日收市后登记在册的公司无限售条件流通股股东优先配售，3月10日至3月13日面向机构投资者网下发行。
