金发科技拟发行10亿元公司债 期限不低于3年

    金发科技今天刊登董事会决议称，为改善资本结构和降低融资成本，公司计划发行不超过10亿元（含10亿元）的公司债券。本次发行公司债券募集的资金拟用于偿还商业银行贷款，或用于补充公司流动资金。本次发行的公司债券期限不低于3年（含3年）。可以为单一期限品种，也可以为多期限的混合品种。本次公司债券可向公司股东配售。
