银行间市场金融衍生品交易有了业务指引

    昨日，中国银行间市场交易商协会发布了《银行间市场金融衍生产品交易业务指引》（下称“指引”），开始向市场参与者公开征求意见。

    《指引》所称金融衍生产品交易是指交易双方以一对一方式达成的、按照交易双方的具体要求拟定交易条款的金融衍生产品合约。包括但不限于：利率衍生产品交易、债券衍生产品交易、汇率衍生产品交易和信用衍生产品交易。《指引》所涉及的内容包括衍生品交易的交易前准备、报价、交易、结算、风险管理、会计核算、信息披露和自律管理等。
