获批发行70亿次级债 深发展资本充足率有望达标

    长期困扰深圳发展银行的资本充足率问题终于有望彻底解决。近日，深发展A宣称，深发展获得批准，将于近期在全国银行间债券市场公开发行不超过70亿元人民币的次级债券。如果本次次级债券全额发行，可使该行的资本充足率超过8%，这将是该行自2003年以来资本充足率首次达到监管标准。

    据悉，该项次级债务补充计划由该行股东大会2007年7月20日批准。截至2007年9月30日，该行的核心资本充足率达到4.28%。2007年12月，深发展第一批权证行权后为该行补充核心资本约39亿元，将2007年12月31日的核心资本充足率和资本充足率均提升至5.8%左右。

    此外，深发展引入宝钢集团作为战略股东的计划也正在实施，此举也将提高其核心资本充足率水平，从而为其进一步发展提供更多机会。
