两公司公布短期融资券发行情况

    北京京城机电控股有限责任公司于2008年3月14日发行了短期融资券，发行利率为5.75%，实际发行总额为8.9亿元人民币，招商银行(600036)股份有限公司担任此次发行的主承销商。

    陕西重型汽车有限公司于3月10日发行了第一期和第二期短期融资券，发行收益率分别为6.04%和6.10%，实际发行规模总共为8亿元，融资券期限分别为305天和365天。中信银行(601998)和招商银行担任此次发行的主承销商。
