厦门港务控股集团24日将发行6亿短期融资券

    中国厦门港务(000905)控股集团有限公司昨日公告称，计划于3月24日在银行间市场发行6亿元365天期短期融资券。

    根据公告，该期融资券将采用簿记建档集中配售方式按面值发行，发行利率通过簿记建档方式确定。融资券起息日和缴款日均为2008年3月25日，上市流通日为3月26日。

    经联合资信评估有限公司综合评级，该期短期融资券的信用等级为A-1级，公司长期信用等级为AA-级。中国建设银行(601939)股份有限公司担任融资券的主承销商。

    据悉，融资券募集资金将用于公司流动资金周转，补充公司短期流动资金的需求，以及优化企业整体负债结构。
