义乌国有资产投资公司将发10亿元短期融资券

    中国义乌市国有资产投资控股有限公司周四公告显示，计划于下周三在银行间市场发行10亿元365天期短期融资券。

    根据公告，改期融资券发行利率通过簿记建档集中配售方式确定。融资券起息日和缴款日均为2008年3月27日，上市流通日为3月28日。

    经中诚信国际信用评级有限公司综合评级，该期短期融资券的信用等级为A-1级，公司长期信用等级为A+级。中国建设银行(601939行情,股吧)股份有限公司担任融资券的主承销商。

    据悉，募集资金将主要用于支持公司及所属子公司自身经营活动的流动资金需要，并改善融资结构，降低融资成本，提高企业竞争力。
