    上海证券交易所日前宣布，根据财政部通知和上证所有关规定，2008年记账式(三期)国债将于2008年3月28日在上证所上市。

    本期国债为固定利率债券，期限为10年，票面利率为4.07%，利息每半年支付一次；本期国债起息日为2008年3月20日，每年3月20日、9月20日支付利息(逢节假日顺延，下同)，2018年3月20日偿还本金并支付最后一次利息。

    本期国债上市交易的现券证券名称为“08国债03”，证券代码为“019803”。
