总规模30亿 西安基投昆明城投两企业高息发企业债

    深交所对2008年西安市基础设施建设投资总公司企业债券、2008年昆明市城建投资开发有限责任公司公司债券，通过该所交易系统上网发行有关事项作出安排。

    “08西基投”债4月2日至3日上网发行，发行总额为15亿元，其中通过深交所上网发行的份额为1亿元。“08西基投”上网发行期认购代码为101688，发行完毕后，认购代码转换为上市交易代码111038。“08昆建债”4月2日至9日上网发行，发行总额为15亿元，其中上网发行份额为0.4亿元。“08昆建债”上网发行期认购代码为101699，发行完毕后，认购代码转换为上市交易代码111037。
